What should I bring?

What to pack for the trip?

On booking the chosen trips with us you might wonder what to pack for the respective tours and treks in Nepal, after packing as per the list of yours with personal normal belonging. If it’s too much to carry from your home with the weight limit on international and domestic flights where some of the heavy gears which you can buy or hire in Kathmandu on arrival before trek departure like heavy Trekking Boots-Ruck-Sacks-Water Bottles (genuine Sig) Down jackets and Sleeping bags.

Equipment & Clothing:
Well, fitting, comfortable boots/shoes are to be preferred over training shoes and clothing will be required, for strong hot sun on the drive through the lower foothills to freezing temperatures at night in the higher region. Shorts, skirt or lightweight trousers are ideal in the heat of the day along with T-shirt, long-sleeved cotton shirts and sun hat. During the evening and the higher altitudes warmers, clothing will be needed.  When visiting monasteries and holy places. Short or half pants and short sleeves shirt should not be worn.

Do I need to bring a sleeping bag?
Teahouses are great and cozy accommodation options, but they only supply blankets, which are unwashed between seasons and are often a little grubby. Plus, at the higher altitudes they’re not enough to keep you warm on their own, so you’ll need to carry a sleeping bag. Depending on the altitude and season you are traveling in, anything from a -30 to a 0-degree bag is sufficient.
